BIRCH TAR EO

Birch tar essential oil is beneficial for promoting attentiveness, soothing discomforts of the digestive, respiratory and female reproductive systems. 

• Face: add a few drops of birch tar essential oil to your toner for a flawless skin as it contains salicylic acid and methyl salicylate.  
• Hair: add a few drops of birch tar essential oil to your conditioner to make hair fuller and stronger and prevent dryness and brittleness.
• Body: mix 2 drops of birch tar, 1 drop spearmint essential oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil and apply to your chest to clear congestion.
• Health: to maintain oral hygiene add 1 drop of birch tar essential oil and 1 drop of spearmint essential oil to a glass of water and use as a mouth gargle. Do not swallow
• Aromatherapy: diffuse and inhale birch tar essential oil to uplift your mood, provide relief from headaches, stress and congestion.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
• Shelf life: up to 3 years in a dark cool place
