BITTER ORANGE EO

Bitter orange essential oil is beneficial for cough, cold, fever, hair growth, gums bleeding, bruises, nerve and joint pain and swelling of the veins.

• Face: add a few drops of bitter orange essential oil to grapeseed oil and massage your face and temples if you feel your veins are swollen and you’re having a tension headache.
• Hair: mix a few drops of bitter orange essential oil to coconut oil and massage your scalp to promote new hair growth and make your hair shiny smooth, shiny and strong. 
• Body: add a few drops of bitter orange essential oil to some aloe vera gel and massage the entire body to combat fatigue and exhaustion.
• Health: add 1 to 2 drops of bitter orange essential to a glass of salted water and use as a mouthwash to promote overall gums health or to stop bleeding.
• Aromatherapy: add 3 to 4 drops of bitter orange essential oil to boiling water and inhale the steam to treat cough, cold and sinus.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
• Shelf life: up to 1 years in a dark cool place
• Spirituality: bitter orange essential oil is associated with balancing self love and love for others, increasing compassion and relieving emotional stagnation.
