Ingredients: Pure organic medical grade distilled essential oils of: thyme, black spruce, bay leafs, ginger. Organic cold pressed olive oil.

Directions: Add 4 drops to a teaspoon of honey or on a piece of sugar and take morning and noon + massage 6 drops on the spine also morning and noon. Use for 3 weeks.
