FENNEL EO

Fennel essential oil is beneficial for infants and adults suffering from colic, gut spasm, gaz and bloating. Helps heal cuts and prevents infection, aids in weight loss, helps increase the flow of breast milk and is a mouth freshener

• Face: add 1 drop of fennel essential oil to your toothbrush while brushing to fight sweet craving and for a fresh breath .
• Hair: mix 10 drops of fennel essential oil with 2 tablespoons of jojoba oil and massage your scalp with it to promote hair growth, fight oxidative stress, moisturize your hair and cleanse your scalp.
• Body: add 1 to 2 drops of fennel essential oil to a warm glass of water or chamomile to aid weight loss by boosting the metabolism and suppressing appetite.
• Infants and babies: (or adults) add 2 drops of fennel essential oil to 6 drops of olive oil and massage baby’s feet, abdomen and stomach to relieve and reduce spasm, colic and gaz
• Health: mix 3 drops fennel essential oil, 2 drops fenugreek essential oil and 15 drops of moroccan argan oil and massage breast to increase milk flow.
• Aromatherapy: inhaling or diffusing fennel essential oil assists when you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed; especially  if you combine it with lavender essential oil.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5% 
• Shelf life: up to 3 years in a dark cool place
