GARLIC EO

Garlic essential oil is beneficial for ear infections, reducing high cholesterol and high blood pressure, boosting immunity, regulating sebum and treating acne 

• Face: add a few drops of garlic essential oil to a mud mask and apply regularly to fight acne and regulate sebum production.
• Hair: add a few drops of garlic essential oil to 1 tablespoon watercress oil and massage to the scalp if you are suffering from hair thinning and watch baby hair blossoming.
• Body: if you suffer from high cholesterol regular massages using diluted garlic essential oil helps lowering it.
• Health: mix a few drops of garlic essential with a few drops of olive oil or mustard oil, dip a cotton ball in the mixture and place it inside the ear (or on a painful tooth) to cure infection and ease pain.
• Aromatherapy: add a few drops of garlic essential oil to a bowl of boiling water and gently inhale the steam to clear cough and cold symptoms.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5% 
• Shelf life: up to 6 years in a dark cool place
• Spirituality: garlic essential oil is associated with warding off evil spirits and cleansing oneself from negativity.
