GRAPEFRUIT EO

Grapefruit essential oil is beneficial for suppressing appetite, boosting metabolism, fighting acne, reducing stress and lowering blood pressure.

Face: add a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to only your night cream or serum to keep your skin bacteria-free and promote the acne healing process.

Hair: add a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to your leave-in conditioner for heavenly smelling hair.

Body: add a few drops of grapefruit essential oil to your body scrub to help smooth and even skin tone.

Health: add a few drops of grapefruit to your scarf, dress collar or a fabric necklace you’re wearing to help control blood pressure going up.

Aromatherapy: diffusing grapefruit essential oil for 15 minutes 3 times a day and inhaling it will help reduce appetite, food intake and body weight.

Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
