JUNIPER BERRY EO

Juniper essential oil is beneficial for digestion, bloating, heartburn and acid reflux relief, urinary tract infection and bladder infections, fighting rash and eczema, anxiety and sleep aid. 

• Face: add a few drops of juniper essential oil to your toner to treat blemishes and fight acne .
• Hair: add a few drops of juniper essential oil to your shampoo if you have hair and scalp concerns like dandruff.
• Body: add 1 to 2 drops of juniper essential oil to a teaspoon of coconut oil and massage on stomach, abdomen and chest to relieve heartburn and acid reflux.
• Health: add 1 to 2 drops of juniper essential oil to a warm glass of water or a smoothie to aid digestion and bloating, to help cure urinary tract infections and bladder infections or to cleanse liver.
• Aromatherapy: inhaling or diffusing or mixing juniper essential oil with your laundry detergent so the smell lingers on your clothes and bed sheets for natural sleep aid especially if you are trying to reduce your drug dosage or eliminate it altogether .
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5% 
• Shelf life: up to 4 years in a dark cool place
