Pine essential oil is beneficial for decreasing disease causing inflammation, asthma, cough, battling cancer development and protecting vital organs including the brain, heart, liver and gut. Pine essential oil is a natural air purifier and all-purpose household cleaner; it eliminates bacteria and microbes that can lead to contamination and odor. 

• Face: massage your temples with diluted pine essential oil to relieve PMS related symptoms such as headaches, stress and mood swings.
• Hair: add a few drops of pine essential oil to your shampoo to deep cleanse your scalp and add shine to your hair.
• Body: massage diluted pine essential oil to your body to relieve mental and physical fatigue as well as to combat chronic disease causing inflammation.
• Health: to boost your immune system and cleanse your liver: in a glass add 1 drop of pine essential oil and 1 drop of lemon essential oil to 1 tablespoon of raw honey and fill the glass with warm water and drink.
• Household: pine essential oil kills bacteria and microbes that lead to contamination and odors. Use as a home deodorizer to kill toxins in the air. Soak a cotton ball with pine essential oil and place it behind the toilet seat and at the bottom of the trash bin. Add 10 drops of pine essential oil to a bucket of water and use it to clean the floor.

• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin.
