Sage essential oil is beneficial for promoting attentiveness, soothing discomforts of the digestive, respiratory and female reproductive systems. 

• Face: add 1 to 2 drops of sage essential oil to your moisturizer to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores  
• Hair: add a few drops of sage essential oil to your shampoo to cleanse and clarify the scalp of accumulated environmental and product residues.
• Body: dilute 10 drops of sage essential oil in 2 tablespoons carrier oil and massage to soothe and relax tense, aching muscles, as well as to improve blood circulation.
• Health: add a few drops of sage essential oil to a hot bowl of water and dip a small towel in the bowl; apply the compress to the abdomen and feet to address the sweats experienced during the time of menopause.
• Aromatherapy: diffuse sage essential oil to uplift your mood, provide relief from headaches and congestion as well as to support the health and function of the respiratory, digestive, nervous and reproductive systems.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
• Shelf life: up to 3 years in a dark cool place
• Spirituality: Sage essential oil is associated with addressing negative emotions and shifting them into positive emotions.
