TUMERIC EO

Turmeric essential oil contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial and neuroprotective properties. It is beneficial for treating the root cause of inflammation, helping with major depressive disorder, supporting liver health, boosting hair health, and promoting weight loss.

• Face: mix a few drops of turmeric essential oil with jojoba oil and apply for a glowing skin and to help reduce and prevent signs of aging.  
• Hair: to prevent hair loss and promote hair growth mix equal amounts of turmeric essential oil and olive oil and apply slowly to hair and scalp and leave for 20 mins then wash.
• Body: mix a few drops of turmeric essential oil with a carrier oil and warm in your palms, massage to inflamed joints and muscles.
• Health: to promote weight loss and support liver health add 2 to 3 drops of turmeric essential oil to a 1.5 liter bottle of water and drink throughout the day.
• Aromatherapy: give yourself a boost if you are losing control over your emotions or going through a major depression by diffusing and inhaling turmeric essential oil.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
• Shelf life: up to 7 years in a dark cool place
