VANILLA EO

Vanilla essential oil is widely used in perfumery for its beautiful scent. It is also beneficial for easing stress and anxiety, fighting infection, increasing libido and soothing burns and wounds. 

• Face: add a few drops of vanilla essential oil to your moisturizer to enhance skin firmness.  
• Hair: add a few drops of vanilla essential oil to coconut oil and apply to the ends of your hair to get rid of split ends and leave your hair smelling wonderful.
• Body: add a few drops of vanilla essential oil to your body lotion or to a carrier oil, its happiness-boosting and relaxation-inducing effects can’t help but put you in the mood.
• Health: to soothe burns and wounds, dilute a few 2-3 drops of vanilla essential oil in a teaspoon of carrier oil and apply on the affected area.
• Aromatherapy: diffuse vanilla essential oil for its heavenly smell, to induce relaxation, ease stress and anxiety and for its aphrodisiac properties.
• Precaution: always apply a test on the inner crease of the elbow. Not suitable for children under 5, pregnant and breastfeeding women and those with hypersensitive skin. Never apply undiluted nor on mucous areas (eyes inside nostrils and ears) and open wounds. Do not swallow except if medically advised.
• Dillution  : 0.5 to 5%
• Shelf life: up to 4 years in a dark cool place
• Spirituality: Vanilla essential oil is associated with inducing a feeling of safety at the subconscious level and relieving anxiety and fears.
